“I know there are people who believe you should forgive and forget. For the record, I'd like to say I'm a big fan of forgiveness as long as I'm given the opportunity to get even first.”

Love love love your books! I’ve read them at least two times. Would love to win the set. I had most of the books but had a house fire – trying to build up my Kinsey library! I am going to read X again to get ready for Y. I hope you keep writing after Z – they must be some clever way to continue after you run out of the alphabet!
Hi. I would love to win these books. What an amazing birthday present that would be. It’s today(June 16)????????????????????
I’m so excited for Y. I always keep the last book in the series handy, while reading the current, so I can go back to collect any needed details. Recently I received a little lending library for my community. I’d love to share your books with my neighbours by stocking it with this collection.
I was given A and B as a bday gift way back in the 70’s. I have read them all -some hard copy, some paperback and more recent volumes on my Kindle. I often wished I had saved them and looked last year to see if Amazon sold the set, but alas, No. I review the previous issue to prep & refresh for any new book coming out. I have recommended this series to many a happy friend!! No series like it. I’m an avid reader! Would like to start from A again. I will be crossing my fingers I win this prize. All my best to Ms. Grafton. Thanks for all the entertainment and wisdom.
Thank you!
Oh how I wish I would’ve kept those first editions. We moved all the way across the Country in 1989 and I let them go. Whaaaaa
I love all your books and have read them each many times. Recently, I lost them, A – X, when an ereader malfunctioned. Would like to have
a set! Thank you for Kinsey and Henry and many, many hours of reading!
My wife and I have wondered why you need to keep the series period perfect. I think your readers would not care if Kinsey did not age over the last 35 years. It would certainly be esier on you.
You kept me going year after year! I loved every book you wrote. Although I tried to keep every book you wrote, moving many times was
difficult. Seems that whoever unpacked our books ended up keeping them! I would love to have a set of my favorite books.
I have read every book Sue Grafton wrote I keep an eye on our local bookstore for her new releases Y & Z. I just preordered Y and really hope I get to read the full series. I like how she sticks w/the same characters & really hope Kinsey finds happiness in the 1 of the last two. I love all my books & have been ready since I was a kid. I have my 5 bookshelves floor to ceiling being disabled now I find I can escape & go anywhere w/my books. I’ve started out when a kid w/Nancy Drew & Readers Digest books then I found Phyllis Whitney, Dorothy Eden, Mary Stewart, Marylin Harris, Susan Howatch, Jan Karen some are out of print but I have them & read them all. I now am reading Carloyn Hart I got every book she ever wrote through online searches between her & Sue Grafton they are what I am reading now. I can’t wait to get the last 2 books of Sue’s! I may sound nuts but books are so important to me being housebound. I love them all & keep them in a special room. I have loaned books out but have learned that is a bad idea lost a couple & had replace them. I forgot to mention Mary Higgen Clark & her daughter, oh there are so many great ones I’m sure I missed. But right now I am waiting on Sue Grafton I can’t wait to read how she ends her series.
If anyone reading this loses a book try searching on Barnes & Noble & bookstore.com if you see it’s was a library book buy it they usually are 1st editions & already have a protective cover on it.
I shall end w/Hurry up Sue I’m not getting any younger & I want to see how Y & Z end! If you start another series or another book I’ll be on the computer pre-ordering it as fast as I can…..jeanettest from NE Pa
I’ve read most of your alphabet novels. I would love to win the set because I can’t remember the last one I read.( I’m an old man and am having more and more senior moments) This prize would allow me to read all of the ones I have yet to read.
I fell in love with Sue Grafton’s writings whilemystery shopping a bookstore long ago, and have faithfully followed every Kinsey book in print & audio while I was commuting. I both can’t and can wait to see the last two books in the series. I would love to have the entire series.
Absolutely LOVE the Alphabet Series and have read all of them. Kinsey is so believable, and Sue’s stories are easy to read and fun. I look both look forward to and dread the last two in the series because then it’ll be complete. Hopefully, Sue will then begin another series with Kinsey. Sure would love to have the whole set!
I made big mistakes by telling my friends about Sue Grafton’s books and lending my books to them. I was surprised how bad my friends are at returning my books…they either lost them or lent them to someone who didn’t return the books back to them. Soooo, I can’t tell you how I would cherish your collection of my most favorite books….ever AND I promise, I will never, ever lend this incredible collection of books to ANYONE!!!
I love her books
Have read all your Kinsey Millhone books, and yes most have been re-read. Just finished D E and L. Am on my libraries wait list for ‘Y’ as they seem to get your books the earliest here in Queensland, Australia. So many friends are fans. Only downside – wished you wrote more quickly, always hungry for the next one. What to do when you have written Z ??
perhaps create a whole new series. Thank you Sue.
I am a huge Sue Grafton fan and have read all of your books. I am looking forward to Y but hope when you finish the alphabet you will start another series. Perhaps double alphabet i.e., AA or numbers. Just don’t stop writing. Thank you for” so much “reading pleasure.
I too am a huge Sue Grafton fan and I have loved reading your books, my daughter and I started years ago when she was a teenager, she just turned 40! Our first book was G is for Gumshoe and we have been hooked ever since! We were lucky enough to meet you at a book signing event in NYC, we got to talk to you and got our books signed, even got a picture taken with you! What a thrill for us. I have read every book so far and have a collection with some being first editions and some with your signature….still trying to fill it in a few missing books…As many others stated here, I hope you continue to write past Z! I missed the contest, boo hoo. I hope someone who lost their books has won the set.
