Whenever I go to the movies, I always run into the same catch 22. I know I'll be thirsty during the film, but I also know that if I buy a drink, I'll have to pee, and that leaves me with two options: stubbornly squirm in my chair (much to the annoyance of everyone around me) refusing to pee, or sprint to the bathroom and hope I don't miss an important scene.
Luckily, I found a solution to this dilemma, and I'd like to share it with my fellow small-bladdered compadres: RunPee. RunPee is an program (available both online for free and as an app for 99¢) whose sole purpose is to tell you when it's the best time for you to take your bathroom break by giving you a key line of dialogue or action from the movie, signaling it's time to go. RunPee also gives you a description of the scene you're missing, so you have something to read while you go!
And as an added bonus, RunPee will also tell you if there are any extra scenes after the credits, so you can laugh at all the soon-to-be disappointed moviegoers as you leave the theater knowing there's no point in sitting through ten minutes of slowly scrolling credits.
