So maybe you’re having a party on New Year’s Eve and you’re not sure what to serve that will make for a truly memorable event. Or maybe you and your pals just watch too much Fear Factor. Either way, here are a few drink suggestions for your “do.”
First up, from the Artesian Bar at the Langham hotel in London, Langham Tea Punch (above) is made with Courvoisier, sencha tea and an oven-baked tarantula.
Second in the list of, um, delicious delights, from White and Church in New York City, a creamy margarita (right) made with avocado and spicy dried Mexican worms. White and Church has other insect-infused concoctions as well, but you can explore them for yourself.
Finally we’ll head back to the Langham for a new twist on a the classic martini…
