Officer Bunny Disapproves of Everything.According to WPTV, West Palm Beach cops are using an officer on the street in a bunny costume to encourage automotive seat belt use. They’ve activated “Operation Hippity Hop,” because, well, eating all that candy makes the lap belt uncomfortable and…maybe because people should strap down their delicate eggs…or…oh, we give up, it’s Florida.
