“The Lush”
Ingredients:
– 2 oz. Jack Daniels
– 1/2 oz. Johnnie Walker Black
– 3/4 oz. lemon juice
– 1/2 oz. ginger syrup
– 1/8 oz. honey syrup
– lemon peel (garnish)
How to make the cocktail:
- Pour ingredients into a mixing tin with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Cut a peel from a lemon (careful to avoid the pith), squeeze the oils over the drink, and drop into the glass.
