PICK YOUR POISON

“Crash Landing”

Ingredients:

– 2 oz. scotch whiskey (preferably blended, but dealer's choice)
– 3 oz. ginger beer
– 1 oz. lime juice
– 1/2 oz. simple syrup
– 1 or 2 dashes Angostura bitters
– lime wedge (garnish)

How to make the cocktail:

  1. Add scotch, lime juice, and simple syrup to a mixing tin with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
  5. Add 1 or 2 dashes of bitters on top.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge.
