Daniel Craig and Javier Bardem Bond on Set

We all have our favorite Bond, but for me, mostly not being old enough to have enjoyed Connery in his heyday, Bond has always been Daniel Craig. (I don’t care what anyone says, I never liked Pierce Brosnan as 007.) Seeing Craig in these pictures from the set of the new James Bond movie is enough to get that iconic theme music going in my head.

But what has me and everyone else here at Crime HQ stumped are the pictures of new-to-the-series actor Javier Bardem.  If you ask me the man has a whole “wolf in sheep’s clothing” vibe in that police uniform.  What do you think, villain or some other MI6 operative?

In case you were wondering, the newest film is called Skyfall and primarily focused on the relationship between Bond and M. The film is set to come out in November of this year.

    Oh man, don’t even get me started on who is the best Bond, lol. I’m thinking that the picture you’re seeing of Bardem is indeed him “undercover”. I was so glad to hear this movie got rolling again, as I wasn’t too much a fan of the last one with Craig. Casino Royale though rocked my socks off.
