Tired of the rain? Sick of crime in the streets? Take on both at once with an “Umbuster,” an umbrella with brass knuckles for a handle. This product has been around for a while, but I only heard about it this morning (that’s me, always late to the party—probably because I can’t find my umbrella!) and immediately wanted one. I don’t have the kind of money they were charging for this lovely piece of killer fashion when it was in production, but I guess I could make my own with a welder. I don’t really care if the umbrella section breaks off in a fight, after all.

I am so impressed. You are the only person I know who can talk about making a brass knuckle umbrella with a welder and I believe you–even though I laughed as I read it. Oh and is the welder a tool that shoots flames or is it a strapping brawny guy with a big face mask?? 😉
Umm…I’ll take either the torch OR the guy who makes me hot. Preferably the guy…*wielding* the torch so I don’t have to!
You know this reminds me of a post I read on another blog about accessories for men, there was a whole section dedicated to “weaponized” umbrealles. Sure you have your sword canes and such but one included a carbon frame for those times where you just can’t rationalize bringing a bat into the office.
This totally looks like something Tony Soprano would carry in the back of his SUV…
