Wawa What!? Two People Leave an Alligator Inside a Convenience Store in Florida

In the most realistic and bizarre case of “See ya later, alligator,” two people entered a Wawa convenience store in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and departed sans alligator.

Maybe the alligator was hungry. Maybe it asked for a ride. Or maybe the perp derps were just trying to return it to its natural habitat (everyone knows alligators live in wawa).

According to the Bradenton Herald, employees of the Wawa called the authorities at 2:24 a.m. on Friday, June 15, to report the relinquished reptile. Authorities called the Fish and Wildlife Commision, who sent a trapper to remove the alligator.
