Thief Goes Back to Prison After Robbing Same Shoe Store

A man who served 16 years for robbing a shoe store in New Jersey is now headed back to prison for another robbery at the same store that had the same shoe salesmen behind the counter, reports NJ.com.

Christopher Miller, 41, was sentenced over the weekend to 16 years for second degree robbery. Miller pleaded guilty to the March 22, 2014 robbery of the Stride Rite show store in Toms River, New Jersey March 15 of this year.

According to NJ.com: Miller had been released the previous day from prison after serving a 15 year sentence for a 1999 robbery of the same exact store. Police said he took a bus from Atlantic City to Toms River and immediately robbed the store again, in the same general manner as he did the first time.
