The show formally known as L.A. Noir, Mob City, has a new trailer, and it looks like a more intense, less pretty, take on Gangster Squad. Needless to say, this looks awesome.
The film noir style TV show is a project of Shawshank Redemption director Frank Darabont and is an adaptation of the book L.A. Noir: The Struggle For The Soul Of America's Most Seductive City by John Buntin. It also stars Jon Bernthal of Walking Dead fame. Bernthal plays Joe Teague a former marine-turned-cop out to clean up the mean streets of 40s L.A.. Mob City arrives on December 4th. Are you interested?
