It’s been pretty much decided that the world’s other greatest detective has some pretty great stories out there. He’s done pretty much everything and been almost everywhere. Bruce Wayne is a name instantly recognizable to a crime fan of almost any age at this point. And if you like The Batman as much as we do here at Crime HQ, then the above video is for you.
It is a short for Cartoon Network’s DC Nation and is pretty much an animated Elseworld comic. In this particular Batman pastiche, Bane, Catwoman, and of course The Dark Knight, tear up 1930s Shanghai in pursuit of a special artifact called the Scroll of Destiny. The art is fun and as a Batman story it’s pretty good. What do you think?
